When you registered for the Race, you automatically received your very own Race website, known as a Participant Center. The Participant Center will help you send e-mails that include your personal story and website, sharing why you are choosing to be involved in the Race. There are sample e-mails to get you started, and instructions on how to add a photo and your personal story. When you send an e-mail through the Participant Center to people you know , they can click on a link to make a donation right then! The donation will be reflected on your website. It’s so easy!
When you registered for the Race, you created a username and password. This is how you log in to your Participant Center. Select Participant Center in the menu on the left to log in. If you have forgotten your username and password, you can select the option “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” and the system will walk you through accessing your login information. See Fundraising FAQs for more.
Through your Participant Center, you can send e-mails to your friends and family that include your personal story and your website, to share why you are choosing to be involved in the Race. To help you along, there are sample e-mail messages in the Center to get you started. You can use them as they are, or customize them however you like. There are even e-mail banners to choose from to make your e-mail reflect the Israel Race! Log in to your Participant Center to view the sample e-mail messages.
You can also collect funds and mail them in. Be sure to enter these in your Participant Center as well. Please click here to download a mail-in fundraising form. Mail-in fundraising forms must be received by September 10, 2011 for donations to be credited toward your fundraising goal (or you can turn in your fundraising by 9 a.m. on Race morning at the Donations tent). Any mail-in forms received after that date will be counted as general Race donations. Forms should be mailed to:
