More than twenty-five years ago, Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything possible to put an end to breast cancer. Today, thanks to more than 100,000 survivors and volunteers/activists, Komen for the Cure is the world’s largest, most progressive grassroots organization fighting breast cancer.

Volunteers play a vital role in the Susan G. Komen Southeastern Colorado Ride for the Cure™.  It is their passion and commitment that will make our Ride successful.  Breast cancer has touched so many people, either through their own personal experience or that of a loved one.  Will you join our passionate fight by volunteering for Ride day?

This is our 2nd annual event; we need people from every walk of life to volunteer their time and talents before, during and after the Ride to ensure its success. We need leaders, thinkers, movers and shakers, educators, communicators…all types of talented people. We look forward to having you join in the Ride experience with us.  All volunteers must be at least 13 years old.  A waiver must be filled out for all volunteers, even if they are a participant in the event.  Volunteers are not allowed to bring small children with them.

This is a non-smoking event.
