Make a Difference in your Community
Host a fundraising event to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure® of Southeastern Colorado
We are seeking opportunities to partner with passionate members of our community willing to organize events benefiting breast cancer support. Can you help by hosting your own event? It’s fun and easy to do. From the small to the large events, there is something everyone can do.
We want to make this process as simple as possible. We have created a flyer which gives you some ideas for events you can organize. In order for us to give each event and/or promotion request its due attention, we ask that you first read through the Guidelines available to assist you in planning your event or promotion. If after you've read the guidelines, you are interested in entering into an agreement with the Komen Southeastern Colorado Affiliate, please fill out the Relationship Proposal Form online. Or, you may download this Special Event Application form to complete. Please e-mail the form to specialevents@komensecolorado.org or mail it to Janie Ganstine's attention at Southeastern Colorado Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 625 N. Cascade Avenue, Suite 110 Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

If you decide that your event does not warrant the effort to follow these guidelines, here are 3 other ways to support Komen.

Option 1: Fundraise for Race for the Cure. You don't have to attend the Race to raise funds for the Race. Register for Sleep-in for the Cure or Pooches in Pink. Click here to learn more.
Option 2: Rally for the Cure® has expanded their well-established golf program to other events. You can now plan a Rally for the Cure® program for sporting events like tennis, dinner events such as wine-tasting or group/club activities such as a bridge or book clubs. Option 3: You may want to consider registering for Passionately Pink for the Cure®. This program allows individuals, business and clubs/groups to fundraise for Komen.
